Solidarity:
Every leader must realize,
His ego's pocket must never be oversize,
Must view the world through humble eyes,
That's the only way to attain fulfillments prize!

Empathy:
The only way the drums of progress can resound,
Is when leaders and the led walk on even grounds,
When the drive of our leaders, in empathy abound,
In-depth development is what will be found!

Accountability:
Transparency is the backbone of true leadership,
Having nothing to under the carpet sweep,
When there's no impunity separate from the followership,
Evidential progress will be heap on heap!

Loyalty:
Bound by the conviction to serve,
And not to siphone wealth to an unjust reserve,
This eradicates poverty  and will instead prosperity preserve,
These qualities of governance are what Africans deserve!
